The History tab keeps a record of every Amendment and Adjustment made to each project. This interface is view-only for all users.
The History tab is composed of a singular table that provides information on the previous changes made to the project. There are eleven columns of information:
| Field | Description |
| STIP | This is the version of the STIP in which the change was made. |
| Revision No. | This is the Revision No. that the change was included in. This field will be blank if the change is pending and has not yet been included in a Revision. |
| Value Changed | This identifies which project data element has changed. For funding entries, this will include the Year, Phase, Program and Funding. For asset changes, this will include the Asset Type, Asset ID, Asset Name, and Municipality. |
| Former Value | This identifies the value of the data element prior to the change. |
| New Value | This identifies the value of the data element after the change. |
| Date Requested | This is the date of the change for projects made in STIP Manager. For changes detected through a refresh from Project Bundler, this will be the date of the refresh. |
| Requested By | This will be the "Last Name, First Name" for either the user making the change or the user initiating the Refresh from Project Bundler. |
| Date Approved | This will be the date of final approval of the pending change in the STIP. |
| Approved By | This will be the "Last Name, First Name" of the final approval user as defined in User Maintenance. |
| Type | This will designate the change as Major Amendment, Minor Amendment, Administrative Adjustment, or No Action Adjustment. |
| Status | This is the current state of the pending change. |
The records in this interface will be sorted by STIP, Revision No., and Date Requested, latest to earliest.
