The Reports icon allows the user to generate a report from a list of preconfigured, Standard Reports. There are four Standard Reports offered on STIP Viewer: Municipality Project List, Municipality Summary Report, RIDOT & RIPTA Project Tables, and STIP Program Allocation Summary. These reports are accessible on the Control Ribbon.
The user can choose which Standard Report they wish to run in the "Select Report" list on the Reports pop-up. All four report types have the optional filter of "Include Filtered Projects Only." Once a report is selected-- and the optional filter is checked if desired-- the user can select an output option of "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel."
NOTE: Since only data for the current STIP and any approved and published Revisions is included in STIP Viewer, the "STIP" picklist will likely only have one option available: the current STIP window.
Municipality Project List
The Municipality Project List details all projects within each municipality. In this report, results will be grouped alphabetically by Municipality. Individual projects within each grouping will be sorted by Program. The columns in this report are:

| Program | The program that the project falls under. |
| STIP ID | The unique identifier for the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab (STIP Manager). |
| Name | The name for the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab (STIP Manager). |
| Location | A distinct list of all assets related to the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab (STIP Manager). The system will concatenate the Asset Type, Asset ID, and Asset Name for this field. |
| STIP Start Year | The earliest year in which the STIP project has programmed funds. |
Municipality Summary Report
The Municipality Summary Report provides an overview of the general information and funding within each municipality. In this report, results will be grouped alphabetically by Municipality and sorted by STIP ID. The columns in this report are:

| STIP ID | The unique identifier for the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab (STIP Manager). |
| Name | The name for the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab (STIP Manager). |
| Program | The program that the project falls under. |
| STIP Window Years | These columns will contain the amounts programmed for each year in the selected STIP window. |
| Total | This column will be the sum of all programmed amounts for the funding line item. |
| Remaining Cost | This column will be the sum of all programmed amounts for the funding line item beyond the selected STIP window. |
RIDOT & RIPTA Project Tables
The RIDOT & RIPTA Project Tables report resembles the Program Detail Report in STIP Manager. In this report, results will be grouped and sorted by Program, then sorted by STIP ID. The information displayed in the report is:

| STIP ID | The unique identifier for the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab (STIP Manager). |
| PTS ID | The PTS ID for the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab (STIP Manager). |
| Name | The Name for the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab (STIP Manager). |
| Municipality | The Municipality values for all related assets. If the project has multiple values, all values will be shown in alphabetical order in a comma separated list. For Statewide projects, this value will be "Admin / Statewide". |
| Description | The Description for the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab (STIP Manager). |
| Responsible Agency | The Agency for the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab (STIP Manager). |
| Project Funding Fields | Description |
| Phase | The name of the work phase associated with the funding record. |
| Funding | The abbreviation of the funding category associated with the funding record. |
| STIP Window Years | The programmed amounts for the specified year by Phase and Fund. |
| Total | The sum of all programmed amounts for the funding line item. |
| Project Asset Fields | Description |
| Asset Type | The type of asset included in the STIP project. |
| Asset ID | The unique ID related to the asset. |
| Asset Name | The name of the Asset included in the STIP project. |
| Facility Carried | The route associated with the asset. |
| Municipality | The municipality associated with the asset. |
| Treatment Type | The Treatment Type associated with the asset. |
| SLR | A yes/no value denoting whether the asset has a Sea-Level Rise concern. |
STIP Program Allocation Summary
The STIP Program Allocation Summary provides an overview of all Program obligations over the entire STIP window. The report lists all Programs separated into tables for each Agency. The columns in this report are:
| Column | Description |
| Programs | All Programs as defined on the Program Targets interface (STIP Manager) separated into individual tables by the Agency they are associated with. |
| STIP Window Constrained Years | This is the total of all programmed obligations for the Program for the first four (Constrained) Years of the STIP. |
| Subtotal | This is the sum of the values in each of the first four years of the STIP (i.e.: 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025). |
| % of Subtotal | This is the Subtotal amount for the Program / the Subtotal amount for all Programs. |
| STIP Window Out Years | This is the total of all programmed obligations for the Program for the remaining (Out) Years of the STIP. |
| Total | This is the sum of the values for all years in the STIP window. |
| % of Total | This is the Total amount for the Program / the Total amount for all Programs. |
