The Control Ribbon serves as the main center for action on the STIP Viewer application. It has four core functions: querying for a project, changing the displayed basemap, generating a report, and accessing relevant quick links.

The images below indicate which controls perform the above actions. Each of these controls will be described in further detail in the linked articles.

1. Query for a Project

The STIP, Municipality, Program, Investment Type, and STIP Year filters allow the user to query for a project.

2. Change the Displayed Map

The Basemap icon allows the user to change the displayed map's appearance.

3. Generate a Report

The Reports icon allows the user to generate a report from a list of preconfigured, Standard Reports.

4. Access Relevant Quick Links

The Quick Links icon allows the user to access relevant quick links to external websites.
