The Use Comparison Report will be a Fiscal Constraint report that shows Funding Use tables for the first four constrained years of the STIP. When the Use Comparison Report is selected, only the STIP and Revision No. fields can be edited; no additional fields will appear in the "Filters (Optional)" section. To generate the report, the user can click "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel."

In the report, funding records are grouped by Agency (RIDOT, RIPTA), Funding Source (Highway, Transit), then Funding Type (Federal, State, Other). Subtotals are provided for each section on the same line as the title (see example below).

In the report, there will be three sections: Former Programmed Uses, New Programmed Uses, and Difference. Each section will have the selected STIP window years as columns and a Total column. The table below describes each section.
