The Revisions Detail Report is a listing of all Amendments and Adjustments pending approval as part of a revision. While this report is available here, it is also available from the Revisions tab of the Actions interface. This report is automatically attached to the email submittal to FHWA/FTA for approval.
When the Revisions Detail Report is selected, only the STIP and Revision No. fields can be edited; no additional fields will appear in the "Filters (Optional)" section. To generate the report, the user can click "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel."
The report will be grouped by Program and sorted by Municipality alphabetically, followed by Statewide. The Project Header will include:
- Revision Change Number -- This number will be the Revision Number followed by a sequential number to reference the project changes. For example, the first project in Revision 1 will be numbered 1.01. The numbering system will start from the beginning with each new version of the STIP.
- STIP ID -- The unique identifier for the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab.
- Name -- The name for the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab.
Each project table will include the following fields:
| Field | Description |
| Municipality | The Municipality values for all related assets. If the project has multiple values, all values will be shown in alphabetical order. For Statewide projects, this value will be "Admin / Statewide". |
| Begin Public Comment | The date that the public comment period began. |
| End Public Comment | The date that the public comment period ended. |
| TAC Approval | If applicable, this will be the TAC Approval date. |
| SPC Approval | If applicable, this will be the SPC Approval date. |
| Total Change | This will calculate the value of the sum of all New Values – sum of all Former Values. |
| Comments | A comment documenting the reason for the change. |
| Type | This will designate the change as Major Amendment, Minor Amendment, Administrative Adjustment, or No Action Adjustment. |
| Value Changed | Identifies which project data element has changed. For funding entries, this will include the Year, Phase, Program, and Fund. For asset changes, this will include the Asset Type, Asset ID, Asset Name, Facility Carried, and Municipality. |
| Former Value | Identifies the value of the data element prior to the change. |
| New Value | Identifies the value of the data element after the change. |
| Date of Change | If the change was made directly in STIP Manager, this is the date of the change. If the change was detected through a Refresh from Project Bundler, this will be the date of the refresh. |
