Similar to the Program Targets tab available in the Budgets interface, this report compares the proposed budget to the programmed obligations by Program. When the Program Targets Report is selected, only the STIP and Revision No. fields can be edited; no additional fields will appear in the "Filters (Optional)" section. To generate the report, the user can click "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel."

In the report, all years within the selected STIP window will be included in the report individually. Programs are grouped by Agency (i.e., RIDOT and RIPTA), and subtotals are provided for each section on the same line as the agency name. Three total lines are available at the bottom of the report for: Total Program Uses, Total Funding Sources, and Difference.
