When the Municipality Project List report type is selected, the "Filters (Optional)" section will be populated with the option to select a single municipality or multiple. To select municipalities to specify the report, the user can click on a name in the "Available Municipalities" box, then click "Add >>". This will place it on the "Included Municipalities" box, indicating its selected status. To remove a previously selected municipality, the user can click on a name in the "Included Municipalities" box, then click "<< Remove". If no municipalities are chosen, the report will display all projects in all municipalities.
To generate the report, the user must select either "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel." In the report, results will be grouped alphabetically by Municipality. Individual projects within each grouping will be sorted by Program. The columns in this report are:

| Program | The program that the project falls under. |
| STIP ID | The unique identifier for the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab. |
| Name | The name for the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab. |
| Location | A distinct list of all assets related to the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab. The system will concatenate the Asset Type, Asset ID, and Asset Name for this field. |
| STIP Start Year | The earliest year in which the STIP project has programmed funds. |
NOTE: If a project is located within multiple municipalities, an entry will be included in each of the appropriate municipality sections. The Asset Location entries that are not within the Municipality will be denoted by an * in the report.
