The Source Comparison Report is a Fiscal Constraint report that shows Funding Source tables for the first four constrained years of the STIP. When the Source Comparison Report is selected, only the STIP and Revision No. fields can be edited; no additional fields will appear in the "Filters (Optional)" section. To generate the report, the user can click "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel."

In the report, funding records are grouped by Agency (RIDOT, RIPTA), Funding Source (Highway, Transit), then Funding Type (Federal, State, Other). Subtotals are provided for each section on the same line as the title (see example below).

In the report, there will be four sections: Former Sources, New Sources, Difference, and Comments. Each section will have the selected STIP window years as columns and a Total column. The table below describes each section.
