When the Revision Summary is selected, only the STIP and Revision No. fields can be edited; no additional fields will appear in the "Filters (Optional)" section. To generate the report, the user can click "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel."
The report will be grouped by Program and sorted by STIP ID, lowest value to highest. The columns in this report are:
| Column | Description |
| Program | The program that the project falls under. |
| STIP ID | The unique identifier for the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab. |
| Name | The name for the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab. |
| Municipality | The Municipality values for all related assets. If the project has multiple values, all values will be shown in alphabetical order. For Statewide projects, this value will be "Admin / Statewide". |
| Previously Approved Funding | This is the last approved funding value. |
| New Proposed Funding | This is the proposed new funding value. |
| Previous Start Year | This is the previous start year. |
| New Start Year | This is the suggested new start year. |
| Justification for Proposed Change | This is a description of the reason behind the proposed change; this field may be blank. |
