Similar to the Fiscal Constraint tab in the Budgets interface, this report compares the estimated available funds to the programmed obligations by funding category for the first four constrained years of the STIP window. When the Fiscal Constraint Analysis report type is selected, only the STIP and Revision No. fields can be edited; no additional fields will appear in the "Filters (Optional)" section. To generate the report, the user can click "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel."

In the report, funding records are grouped by Agency (RIDOT, RIPTA), Funding Source (Highway, Transit), then Funding Type (Federal, State, Other). Subtotals are provided for each section on the same line as the title (see example below).

The report will have a page break between Agency groupings. An overall total of all Funding Sources is shown at the end of the report.
