The History tab hosts read-only information on all project changes within an approved Revision.
There are two picklists at the top of the History tab-- STIP and Revision-- which allow the user to filter the displayed records. The STIP picklist defaults to the active STIP but can be changed to view historical STIP versions. The Revision picklist defaults to the most recent approved Revision of the selected STIP and can also be changed to display an earlier Revision.
The entries on this tab will be grouped by Change Type (Major Amendment, Minor Amendment, Administrative Adjustment, and No Action Adjustment). For each change listed, these columns will define it:

| Value Changed | Identifies which project data element changed. |
| Former Value | Identifies the value of the data element prior to the change. |
| New Value | Identifies the value of the data element after the change. |
| Date of Change | Identifies the date the change was made. |
| Requested By | Identifies which user made the change. |
| Type | Identifies the type of change, either Major Amendment, Minor Amendment, Administrative Adjustment, or No Action Adjustment. |
| Date of Approval | Identifies when the final approval was completed. |
| Approved By | Identifies the final approval user. |
At the top of the interface beside the filters, there is a "Revision Summary" button and two tables (Summary for <STIP> and Summary for <Revision>). The Revision Summary button will generate the Revision Summary Standard Report for the selected year and revision. The two tables will display specific summary information:

| Summary for <STIP> | Displays the total approved revisions, major amendments, minor amendments, administrative adjustments, and no action adjustments across all approved revisions for the selected STIP. |
| Summary for <Revision> | Displays the total major amendments, minor amendments, administrative adjustments, and no action adjustments for the selected STIP and Revision number. |
