When the Change Type Analysis report type is selected, only the STIP and Revision No. fields can be edited; no additional fields will appear in the "Filters (Optional)" section. To generate the report, the user can click "Open as PDF" or "Open in Excel."
In the report, there will be eleven columns:
| Column | Description |
| Rule Type (System) | This will identify the Rule Type triggered as outlined in the Rules Table. |
| STIP ID | The unique identifier for the STIP project as shown on the Project Detail tab. |
| STIP Window Years | The four years in the current STIP. |
| Constrained Total | This is the total of all values in the line for the Years of the STIP. |
| Constrained Difference | The difference between the former and new values for the years in the STIP window. |
| Constrained % Change | The percent change between the former and new values for the years in the STIP window. |
| STIP Window Out Years | The six future years that lie beyond the STIP window. |
| Outyear Total | This is the total of all values in the line for the Out Years. |
| Original Outyear % | The original outyear percentage; this field may be blank. |
| Grand Total | This will be calculated as Constrained Total + Outyear Total. |
| Change Comments | This will be any comments the user inputted for the given change. |
This report can also be generated on the Pre-Approved tab of the Actions interface.
