The System Administration tools allow privileged users to manage user permissions, code lists, new STIP creation, and other administrative functions. This list is only visible to System Administrators. Those with User Maintenance and/or Code List Maintenance permissions will have access to the interface with the corresponding name. 

Options

There are six options hosted on this list. Each of these icons leads to an interface:

1. Budgets -- Enter information about Fiscal Constraint and Program Targets.
2. Users -- Create and modify users of STIP Manager.
3. Code Lists -- Maintain the relevant STIP Manager code lists.
4. Publish -- Create a "snapshot" of the latest approved STIP revision, so it can be copied to the external database.
5. Create New -- Create a new 10 Year STIP window.
6. Rules Engine -- Configure and manage rules for different changes that can occur in the application.
