The Standard Reports interface allows the user to generate pre-formatted reports in either PDF or Excel format. When the user clicks the Standard Reports option in the Reports list, this interface appears:
Report Types
There are thirteen Standard Reports:
- Change Type Analysis
- Fiscal Constraint Analysis
- Municipality Project List
- Municipality Summary Report
- Program Detail Report
- Project Scroll Report
- Program Summary Report
- Program Targets Report
- Revision Detail Report
- Revision Summary Report
- Source Comparison Report
- STIP Program Allocation Summary
- Use Comparison Report
The user can choose which Standard Report they wish to run in the "Select Report" list. Once clicked, the "Filters (Optional)" section will update to the related controls. The output options (PDF and Excel), STIP picklist, and Revision picklist will be available for all Standard Reports.
| Tool | Description |
| STIP | This picklist allows the user to select the STIP window for the report. |
| Revision | This picklist allows the user to select the Revision for the report. The available values in this field are based on the STIP selection. Users can also run open revisions by selecting "# with Pending Changes." |
| Open as PDF | This button generates the reports as a PDF. |
| Open in Excel | This button generates the reports as an Excel sheet. |
